    This was our 3rd yr to rent at Legacy towers, the 2nd in this unit. We come down for a month to get out of the last of winter in OH. Gulf Coast Resort Rentals is good to work with for booking and scheduling changes. Overall, the furniture is good (master bedroom mattress could use to be replaced). Really enjoy the balcony. Definitely recommend Legacy Towers & GCRR.
    The location is great, not far from the casinos and more restaurants than I can mention, but not in the middle of traffic congestion. Mall and Walmart are within 2 miles.

    Second time we've stayed at a Legacy condo. First time we rented through GRRC. There was a water problem from a unit above us when we first arrived but the Legacy HOA staff and GRCC worked together to find and fix the leak. The unit itself was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. ReRe and Barb were always helpful and quick to respond when we had minor issues (burned out light, etc). Have already reserved this unit for next year's trip to the coast!
