  We stayed in this condo 2 years ago and rented it again because we loved the whole property, and believe this condo has the very best location. We like that it is very close to the quiet pool without being right on top of it. We like being closer to the front of the resort so the train didn't bother us at night. The pool and playground in the back are an easy walk. The whole complex is well maintained and very quiet. We loved sitting at breakfast or having coffee on the patio while overlooking the pond with the little fountain.
  We liked that the condo is all on the bottom floor with a garage connected. It was nicely decorated and mostly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There is now a pantry for renters use to store groceries, something that wasn't available two years ago. Extra fridge is in the garage.
  The eating areas and living room furniture were very comfortable.
  The only uncomfortable things for us were the beds. They are pretty hard. Last visit I suggested the owner invest in new sheets, as they were very rough and pilled. I think they are still using the same sheets. Threads were coming out the middle. Also the toilet seats are pretty worn and should probably be changed out too. The condo could also use more towels. There was enough for one per person and none for pool or beach. So we were washing towels every day.
  The management responded quickly to any issues we had and were friendly.
  Nothing is perfect, but we liked this condo well enough. If we visit Gulfport again, we would probably rent this condo.
